  I want to pay this $13 but I dont see how to do it.

  Renewing this upgrade for another year costs $13.00. When you renew, your blog will again be available at ‘blog.paddleboston.com’. Note that your blog is always available at its default address, ‘paddleboston.wordpress.com’.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If you go to https://wordpress.com/me/purchases and click on the Domain Mapping section with your domain blog.paddleboston.com under it, you should see a section for renewing your Plan. Here, you should be able to renew your plan.
