  I do want to renew but how. I get letters telling me to update my cc etc etc. How? No matter what I click I get gibberish you guys probably understand but me? Not a clue.
  I buy a lot of stuff on line but you guys? Every year it seems there is some confusing issue. Geeze.

  If I had a question like this on Amazon or any Apple product I would be getting a nice clear statement of my account with. Check one item and enter your new cc number here. From you? What do I get? A long list of crap.
