    I have just been charged for the renewal of the website of avantageagency.com but I would like to stop it and to be refunded.
    Could you please indicate me how to proceed?

    We have absolutely no history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into.

    You will need to log out of the account you’re logged in with now and log into the account that owns the upgrade.

    If you don’t know what account has the upgrade, you can enter the charge details at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ we should be able to help you with this.

    The transaction ID needed will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

    WordPress XXXXXXXXXX
