Hi, I would like to renew my subscription for the year, but I think the credit card details on my account were old and the renewal did not process automatically as it has in the past. I can’t find a ‘Renewal’ button or section in ‘Manage Purchases’. What can I do to renew my subscription?

You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, renew or cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew. Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades.
If you are not logged in under the correct username account clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies and then login under the correct username account.
If you do not have the required access and someone else registered the site you need to contact the person who registered the account and site under it and have them transfer the sites to your username account by using this process. http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#transferring-your-blog-to-another-user-or-account

The account you’re using to post here has never owned any upgrades on WordPress.com. What is the address for the site for which you want to renew the subscription? Then I can help you figure out the correct account to do so.

Okay, you are logged into the wrong account. You need to be logged in as the username, ingridgonzalesphotography, not just ingridgonzales. Once you are logged in as the correct account, you should be able to renew the domain.

I am having the same problem. We received an email that we would automatically renew, but it did not and now the domain is not working. I am logged in but see no option to renew. I also don’t want to upgrade, jst renew to keep the domain. stchrisbytheriver.org
