Hi – I found that my renewal notices were going to spam. I’d like to renew my domain name. However, I don’t see the place for the renewal in the payments link. Who do I contact about this?

completeproductmanager.com. is currently in redemption but I don’t know for how much longer as it expired two months ago. You’ll now need to pay extra ($80) as well as the renewal charge to recover it. I have added modlook to the tag box on the right for staff to investigate further.

I see that completeproductmanager.com expired back on February 15th. Redemption is about a 90 day process. Unfortunately, we don’t receive any type of notification as to when your domain is going to become publicly available again. The downside is obviously that someone else could register it before you and then you’re left empty handed.
You can definitely continue to check the domain status with a “whois” search and know that a “pending delete” status means that it should be released in the next few days.
The only way we can guarantee that the domain is redeemed and that you maintain ownership is to go through the redemption process. Our domain partner charges $80 to revive a domain in redemption. If you are ok with that fee I’ll get the process started. Typically it only takes about 48 hours start to finish.
