  Hi There,

  Can you please check why our renewal didn’t go through? What do I need to do to renew? I have followed the link to renew manually but am unsure of what to do ?

  Hi there, as long as you are logged in with the account that purchased the upgrade plan, you should be able to renew it here https://wordpress.com/me/purchases
