  I am not able to determine whether my domain name is on automatic renewal

  Hey there markconley,

  In your profile under purchases, you are able to see your payment information as well as what plan you’re using. From the purchases page you can see your payment details as well as see if automatic renewal is part of your plan. If automatic renewal is part of your plan than you can set it up from there, just follow the on-screen prompts.
