  I am tagging this thread for staff attention, they might be able to assist you in renewing your upgrades/plans.

  Meanwhile read this:

  You can renew your plan or domain name in the Manage Purchases section of your Personal Settings.

  we do not require ballaratswapmeet.com anymore As I understand it that domain expired on March 4th 2017 and we did not renew it .
  gandproseevents.com is the primary domain and that is the only one we now require and according to the notice I received that Domain expires May 26 th 2017..Please navigate me what to do on your Web Site to renew gandproseevents.com.

  we do not require ballaratswapmeet.com anymore As I understand it that domain expired on March 4th 2017 and we did not renew it .

  That domain is also owned by ballaratswapmeet. Please ask them to get in touch if they decide they would like help recovering it.

  Please navigate me what to do on your Web Site to renew gandproseevents.com.

  Only the owner can renew the domain so you will need to login to the other account or ask ballaratswapmeet to do so. Once you’ve done so, the domain can be renewed on the Manage Purchases page.

  Let me know how you get on.

  As I said we did not renew ballaratswapmeet.com on March 4th 2017 when it should have expired , so how can we still own it . Yes I do recall that the [2] Domain Names were linked and we owned both names Also I do not know the User name or password for that site anymore to be able to log on ??? so how can I log on ???? even though we no longer wish to use ballaratswapmeet.com anymore.

  When a domain expires, it passes through a series of stages before it is released to the public. These stages are there to protect the current owner in case the domain expired by mistake. At the moment, the domain is no longer in your control but it’s possible for us to try and recover it. I just wanted to give you the option.

  Also I do not know the User name or password for that site anymore to be able to log on ??? so how can I log on ????

  If you want access to that account, you will need to fill out the Account Recovery form:

  Recover Your Account
