  Hi, Can’t get in to renew a Domaine name. The emails sent to me always refer back to @lauracook730
  Recurring issue, sorry!

  Are you referring to the inability to log into your WordPress.com account? If so follow this link to assist.

  Once logged in you can follow these steps to renew your Domain if it is with WordPress.

  Didn’t even know what that does, and I didn’t see that in the Volunteers support doc attached but certainly a very good place to start. Thank you for your kind pointers.

  @lauracook730 If you need to find your earlier forum threads, you can click on your username at the top right of any forum page where it says, “Welcome, yourusername” That will take you to your forum profile page with a list of all the forum threads you have started or participated in.

  Opening multiple threads on the same issue makes it more difficult to track progress.
