  i am set for auto renewal of my domain. however, it did not go through. my site expires in 11 hours. why didn’t it renew?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi –

  Your financial party will be able to tell you more about why they declined the transaction. There are a multitude of possibilities.

  The renewal can be processed manually. To get started, head over to wordpress.com/me/purchases/

  Then, select the upgrade and click on the renewal link. Here you’ll enter the payment details to process the renewal.

  It states that “Unable to buy WordPress.com Premium, this site has WordPress.com Premium purchased by different user.”

  I tried multiple methods, Credit Card, paypal. I transferred ownership to different users, added credit cards, etc. Nothing seems to work.

  Sign in to the dvarchivists account.

  Go to wordpress.com/me/purchases/

  You should find the upgrade listed there for renewal.

  Hello,

  I signed into the dvarchivists account (administrator). i went to the link you suggested but there is no means of “upgrading” . Under the “Upcoming Charges” it reads:

  The upgrades on your account will not renew automatically. To manage your upgrades or enable Auto Renew visit My Upgrades.

  I click on “my upgrades” and it only takes me to my wordpress acount “domain registration included with plan”. I click on that, then i click on “domain settings”. Takes me to the management section. I click “Renew It Now” But the transaction does not go through (credit card and paypal options).

  Is there any other way of submitting payment? I had this issue last year when it came to renewing. I thought auto-renewal would work but it did not.
