  Hello,

  Last year, I tried cancelling but you billed me anyways and effectively stole 50$ from me, I thought my nightmare of dealing with you guys was over. I just received an email from you guys saying my domain is going to renew again, but the website has BEEN down and I no longer want to use your services, ever again.

  Please cancel whatever renewal you THINK I’m interested in, delete all my information and never contact me again.

  The account you are writing from, alitoorani has no active upgrades. The previous upgrades were canceled last year. Please confirm that the there’s no other WordPress.com account the upgrades could be under.
