    I inadvertently let my subscription for stablecad.com lapse and have since clicked on the email sent through to renew but it just flashes on the page once I am logged in – going to Manage Purchases on gives me options to upgrade but I just want to reinstate my subscription …

    It looks like you’ve left it far too long to be able to renew via manage purchases. That domain is now in the redemption period. Staff may be able to recover it but there are extra costs that need to be paid to the Registrar. I have added the modlook tag to ask if a member of staff could help you.
