  I have added the modlook tag to ask if a member of staff could assist you. Perhaps you need to be logged in to a different account to renew the upgraded plan. There is an author artistandathlete that might be the one.

  I am happy to help. It looks like you purchased a personal plan as an attempt to process the renewal. I’ve gone ahead and sent a refund your way for that. It should reach you in about ten days.

  As for hornberg-tu.org that domain is registerd at GoDaddy. If it is the domain registration renewal that you’re inquiring about then you need to ask GoDaddy to help you with that.

  The domain mapping for hornberg-tu.org which connects it to WordPress.com does not expire until December 28th. If you’d like to renew it now, sign in to the artistandathlete user account and go to https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/ Select the upgrade and use the renewal link there.

  I wanted to get a subscription so that the pop up ads don’t show up on our site. When will that subscription expire? How do I opt out of the automatic renewals on the WordPress site?

  Have you an upgraded WordPress.com plan or have you just got domain mapping to connect your WordPress.com site to your GoDaddy domain? An upgraded plan is required for a no ads upgrade. Saying that, when logged out of WordPress.com I don’t see any adverts on your site. Are you definitely seeing WordPress.com adverts? There is always the possibility that you may have some malware/adware within your browser.

  I have no idea what you are saying. I am taking over updating our webpage. hornberg-tu.org. On wordpress. I was getting pop up ads. I was told to get rid of them, I had to upgrade to $4.00 per month. I did, I think. Now Liz says she is reversing that? A message from wordpress says that we have a paid for account till August of 2019 but that is only 11 months. I also see a message that we had a paid for account until this December? If that is the case, then we shouldn’t have been seeing pop up ads. Since I paid the $48 for a year, the pop ups have stopped. Can you explain what is going on in a way I can understand?
