  I am trying to renew my subscription but having difficulties get to the page to pay. The page say that I don’t have one yet.

  Hi derrickdarden,

  The account are logged in to hasn’t purchased any upgrades on WordPress.com and does not own any sites. What is the address of the site you need to renew? Please don’t share any transaction IDs on these public forums, an address is the only information I need for now.

  You could also try logging in using the email address your renewal reminder was sent to. Once logged into the correct account, it should be possible to manage the upgrades from the Manage Purchases page in that account.
