    Please refund my money. I no longer want to use the Domain name and I do not have funds for this. why cant I speak with someone about this

    Hi scollier314,

    No upgrades have been purchased through the account you are currently logged in to, which suggests you have another. What is the address of the site you would like a refund for? Please don’t share any transaction IDs or card details on these forums, a site address is the only information I need.

    If you haven’t done so already, please try logging out of WordPress.com and log back in using the email address your receipt was sent to. Once logged into the correct account, there should be an option to cancel the upgrades on the Manage Purchases page.
