  Our Credit Card changed and so our domain name didn’t renew. How do I get everything back up and running?

  What is the domain name? There isn’t a history of any domain subscriptions connected to the account you are contacting us from. Is there another WordPress.com account that you own?

  I still cannot renew. I need further help. Is there someone that can help me through this redemption process? I have updated payment information (card on file had expired)

  @lifepointlubbock it looks like we need to create an invoice for you manually at this point. I’ve just done that and emailed it to you. Can you respond here when that is paid? We’ll then need to reach out to the registrar to get it back for you.
