    Hi graemecordiner,

    The upgrades for aim4integrity.com are owned by another account on the site, rather than the one you are using to post here. Please try logging out of WordPress.com, then log back in using the email address your purchase receipt or renewal reminder was sent to.

    Once logged in to the correct account, you should see the option to renew from the Manage Purchases page.
