  This is crap. I get a great notice about renewing my page/domain/site. Whatever you want to call it. I go and log on and it says I don’t have any. WHY IS IT SO HARD TO GIVE YOU MONEY. My ex girlfriend set this up. She isn’t willing to help with this. Because she’s a narcissist game playing b***h. So now I’m less than a week away from losing my page because I can’t get anybody to do more than give me another link to click. I need to talk to someone on a phone so I can solve this. This is my livelihood. This page brings customers to me. All I want to do is renew it

  Hi there,

  Probably it is possible that you are logging with wrong user so you are not able to view and renew your site.

  Try to logging with username: itsnachotruck and check whether you are able to renew it.

  See that’s the issue. I try to log in with user name of itsnachotruck. Password isn’t correct. Then I go to reset password and no idea what email it sends it to. None of mine. Something K…..@yahoo. Sure as hell isnt mine

  If you’ve misplaced your log-in information, the email address or username you’ve entered isn’t recognized, and you can’t use Two Step Authentication to reset your password, you can access your account using the https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery.
