  We received an email asking for payment for a domain upgrade. The email stated that the blog is always available at its default address, but it isn’t.

  Hi @wpfw, are you referring to https://whopaysforwaste.wordpress.com/ or to another site?

  If it’s another site, can you send a link to that? Or, log out and log in using the email address that got a renewal reminder so we’ll have the correct account information to pull up. Thanks in advance.
