  I am having a very difficult time renewing my contract with Word Press. The software will not accept my password, and when I attempt to change my password, the software allows me on the site, but acts as if I have no account. Thus, I can’t provide any updated payment options. Please provide some assistance that is comprehensible. Thank you.

  Hi. In order to submit the above request you had to log into the WordPress.com account with username q5wy9cr7fa. So are you referring to another WordPress.com account? If so, which account? If you’re referring instead to a self-hosted site then this is the wrong forum.

  The account you’re using to post here was only created two days ago, and doesn’t own any sites with us.
