  I am trying to renew my domain, but i cannot do it

  HI, it looks like it was overdue for a while, then it was finally removed. We’ve created a manual invoice for you. Can you pay that? Note the domain on the invoice too so we can be sure we’re all referring to the same one.

  And then update us here so we can work with the registrar to get it back.
