  Hi,
  I received an email that my credit card didn’t work for renewal, so I went online to fix it. In so doing, I see that there are cheaper plans available. Can you tell me why my renewal is more than what I’m seeing online, at $4 and $8 a month?

  Hi, I don’t see a plan on this account, so it’s hard to compare with what you’re paying for. Can you log out, and then log back in using the email address that gets renewal reminders and what not?
