  How can I get my domain back. I would like to renew my subscription for justsimplyjessica.com

  Hi there,

  Your domain expired on 20 March and has already been removed from our system, but it’s still possible for us to get it back for you.

  I’ve sent you a link via email which you can use to pay for the domain again. Once we receive your payment, we can email our domain provider to restore the domain.

  I never received an email in order to renew my domain. I was told it was currently in a redemption mode could I possibly still pay for it?

  I went ahead and found the email (it was sent to another email) and I paid the fee.

  Thank you, @justsimplyjessicamyers. The email always goes to the account that owns the domain. If you want it to go to another address, let us know if you need help changing the address on that account.
