  I would like to renew my website and the link to do it does not recognize my site

  What is the URL of the site you are trying to renew?

  I’m not seeing any upgrades associated with the WordPress.com user account you are posting from. This typically happens when you’ve ended up with a second WordPress.com user account and that second account is the one that owns the upgrade. You’ll need to log into THAT account in order to make any changes.

  If you do not have access to that second account, here are a few options:

  Yes, we are the support team for WordPress.com. The account you’re writing to us from has never made any purchases with us – therefor, nothing to renew.

  We need more information to help figure out what is going on. Which site are you trying to renew? The reason you don’t see the option is because the upgrade is connected to a different account.

  georgettearison.com I have a original account but somehow it got switched to a second account that I have all my posts on so that is why my account is hard to renew.

  As others have mentioned, you have no upgrades or sites under this account, but I can confirm that georgettearison.com is registered in our system to a different login from the one you used to post your request here.

  To clarify, you have forgotten how to access your other account? The one that georgettearison.com is registered under?
