Renewal

My account has been charged with the renewal fee on the 25th of September but is not due until later in October, when I go to the ‘Manage Purchases’ section of my account there is no billing history or upcoming renewals but my card has already been charged. I was going to cancel my account before renewal but the money has already come out of my account.

My website was being hosted through another site called Siteground, of which I have cancelled the hosting plan to prevent any more charges from their side so the website is no longer live.
