  Hi you automatically renewed my website for $350 a month before the renewal date and I’d like to refund

  Hi @esilich9, we automatically renew at 11 months so there’s time to work out any billing issues rather than having a site go down. We can certainly help with a refund though if needed.

  Can you log out, then log in using the email address that received renewal reminders? It would be the one you used when purchasing the upgrade. If you’re not sure what that is, please send a link to the site. You can also use wpchrg.com to contact billing direclty.
