We received this notice to our old director’s email and I don’t know where to change that email as well as how to renew.

This WordPress account should have the domain name for familypromisepalouse.org
I found the renewal for the domain name familypromisepalouse.org under a different account under carlsonkd but our website does not show there and it is under the former (email visible only to moderators and staff) account.
I’m just trying to figure out why there are two different wordpress accounts for our website but why the domain isn’t on the main one? I appreciate your help and patience with this. I’m just confused.
