Renewal

    I keep getting a message saying that I need to renew and that my credit card will be out of date. I go to the keep my subscription button to update the renewal and card and it then says I don’t have a site and would I like to create one. Not sure what I’m supposed to do here as I do have a site and do not wish to create a new one…

    Hey there, my guess is that you’ve got another account. Was the email sent to the account listed here?

    If not, can you log out and log in with the account associated with that site? It should be the email address that gets renewal reminders and what not.

    If so, could you tell us what the domain is?
