  I keep following the link you keep sending me to update my credit card to renew. It takes me to a screen that says I don’t have any WordPress sites. When I go to the actual site I have (SandArtistry.org) I get on that site as it is still active and then I click on “My Site” to renew and I get the message again, “You don’t have any WordPress sites yet.” This is crazy!!!! Please get this figured out.

  That does sound odd! May I ask you to clear your browser cache for me please. Please see this helpful guide on how to do this here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache.

  Once done, you should be able to update payment methods on the purchases page here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases > click on a Subscription.
