  2quirky.com is our website. Yesterday, we renewed our domain.

  That domain was neither registered nor hosted with us, so it would have been a self-hosted WordPress.org site, which we really can’t help with here.

  To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/

  Your best option is to contact your former hosting provider’s support about this.
