  Hello I need help with my site. I dont want to renew it but, I dont know how to cancel it. I have a new one.

  Hi @suleyka7, ah okay. It looks like it’s just under another username.

  Can you log out, then log in again using the email address that received a renewal notification? Then you can cancel here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases
