    I am trying to cancel my subscription before it renews but when I log on to my account it says I don’t have any sites.

  • We have absolutely no history of sites, purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into.

    What exactly are you trying to cancel?

    I’m trying to cancel the site spectrumsolutions.net. It’s showing as still active but I’ve ceased to trade in that capacity.

  • Ah okay, are you able to log out and log back in as the upgrade owner?

    You may be able to log in using the email address that gets renewal reminders or comment notifications, so you can try commenting on the site if needed.
