  I want to renew at a premium not business plan but can’t seem to get the premium plan selected to put in my cart. Help!

  The site I need help with is findingpatients.wpcomstaging.com. It is not hosted by WordPress.com, but it is connected with Jetpack.

  Hi there,

  Your site is hosted with WordPress.com. WordPress.com plans can only be bought for sites that are hosted on WordPress.com :)

  You cannot select the Premium Plan, because you used to have plugins installed on your site. Installing plugins on our Business Plan causes some changes to be made on your site that makes it work a bit differently from a regular WordPress.com site.

  For you to add the Premium Plan to your site now, we’ll first need to revert those changes. This means you’ll no longer have access to any plugins or third party themes you had installed on the site. There is also a risk that any content you added to the site since you first installed plugins on 30 April 2019 might be lost during this process, though we’ll try our best to prevent that.

  Please confirm if you want us to proceed with reverting this site.
