  @susanneactivenet — just double checking, are you all set now? I did notice the upgrade for the site you listed was previously under another account, so it may not show from your end.

  If you can log in as the previous upgrade owner, great; just head to https://wordpress.com/me/purchases .

  If you can’t, are you able to re-add the plan here?

  Just referring to your earlier message it is the ACTIVENETBALL original site that needs to be reopened the staging site is just that an interim whilst we renew and update the site.
  Desperately need to get website back up on line

  Hi there,

  I see that you have purchased the Premium plan and mapped the domain activenetball.com to a different site. If you want to reinstate your previous site, you need to purchase the Business plan for that other site. Here’s a direct link to the correct site:

  Once you’ve done that you can contact us and we’ll move the domain over to the site.

  Thank you I have purchased the Business plan as suggested. Please advise how long it will to move it over.

  Please can I also ask how I can obtain a refund for the Premium I purchased yesterday.

  Just to clarify, do you want to move the domain mapping for activenetball.com from the site with the Premium plan to the site with the Business plan?

  If yes, you can follow the instructions here to transfer the domain to the other site with the Business plan.

  After you’ve transferred the domain to the other site, you can follow these steps to make the domain primary: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/#set-a-primary-address

  Finally, to cancel the WordPress.com Premium plan and get a refund, please follow the steps here: https://wordpress.com/support/manage-purchases/#cancel-a-purchase

  Make sure to cancel the Premium plan within 14 days to receive a full refund.
