  Good Afternoon

  My account was renewed on the 16th. I wasn’t aware it was automatically done and I wouldn’t like to renew this year as I haven’t been using it. Would this be able to be refunded please?

  We have absolutely no history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into.

  If you enter the charge details at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ we should be able to help you with this.

  The transaction ID needed will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

  WordPress XXXXXXXXXX
