We are looking in to make sure everything is renewed and ready to go for this year but the screens in the store are contradicting each other one says it’s automatic, another says by Nov. 11/12? We also have no details on billing and no receipts. I need clarification.

Yes this is where the conflicting information is? Or no info in Billing History. How can I contact WordPress directly? Is it even possible. Very frustrated.
