    Hello, I had contacted you about a month ago saying I wanted to cancel all services but was having issues being able to do it on my end. Someone looked into it and said the reason i could not cancel was that my account was not going to auto renew. I just received an invoince saying $80 renewal was done. Could you please send me a refund and cancel all services.

    What is the URL of the site that was renewed?

    I’m not seeing any upgrades associated with the WordPress.com user account you are posting from. This typically happens when you’ve ended up with a second WordPress.com user account and that second account is the one that owns the upgrade. You’ll need to log into THAT account in order to make any changes.

    If you do not have access to that second account, here are a few options:
