  That domain belongs to a different account here, not the one you’re currently logged in under.

  First, log out of WordPress.com at https://wordpress.com/me then log back in under the email address that the renewal email was sent to.

  If you do not recall the password for the correct account, we have some options for you at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/

  Once you’re logged in under the correct account, you can renew the domain from https://wordpress.com/me/purchases
