  I have 2 sites. I was told I would get a reduction in the renewal amount. One site is now up for auto renew. I want this discount, please. Thank you (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  Please contact your hosting provider directly for help with this, as it’s most likely your hosting account that needs to be renewed.
