  Hi there!

  Is this regarding the plan purchased under ssscart47456031.wordpress.com? If so, I’m showing that when the plan was renewed last year, you set the plan to not renew. Therefore the plan expired as of May 27, 2022.

  In April 2022, we made some changes to our plans and pricing. You can read more about this here:

  Introducing WordPress Pro: One Plan, Infinite Possibilities

  At that time, our plans changed and the eCommerce plan is no longer available. To replicate what you had previously, you would need to purchase a Pro plan, which you can do from your site’s dashboard.
