I logged out and hopefully, I’m logged into the correct account. Since it expires in 2 days, I’d like to confirm the correct information has been submitted. How do I contact Support via chat?

The
lcwoods1account is not the right account for this upgrade. If you go to Users -> All Users and click the Team tab, the account that owns the upgrades is the third Administrator on your page. They would need to log in and confirm things and contact support via https://wordpress.com/help/contactI hope that clarifies things!
