    Hello, I made a payment on 07/07/2023. I did not know the renewal was $60.00. I paid $22.00 because I thought it was the website. As of today I do not have enough funds to pay $60 due to being out of work due to a personal matter. This blog is very important to me because I’m planning on using it for school purpose tp become an educator soon.
    Please Advise!

    Hello there,

    Many thanks for reaching out.

    It looks like the latest renewal is for the domain, which is separate to the plan.

    It looks like the Starter plan looks to be up for renewal there, which is no longer eligible for purchase. With that in mind, may I suggest you instead switch to the Personal plan?

    The reason being is that this can be purchased on a monthly basis to spread the cost, and the cost of the year plan, is just over the half of the price:

    I’ve taken a look at your site and in terms of storage and services you’re using, there would be no immediate change for the site on this plan, in comparison to the starter plan.

    How does this sound? I’m hoping this option is more favourable!
