  I am not using Word Press so I don’t want to renew that subscription. However, I would like to secure my domain name.

  Hi there!

  If you’d like to keep just the domain, you can renew it by clicking here. When the WordPress.com Personal plan expires, your domain will redirect to the free WordPress.com address, but you will still retain the domain ownership so you can use it if you want in the future.
