  Hi,

  I don’t have any sites listed here and no sites I manage that I know of are using the JetPack plugin. MBACSWP.org used to use JetPack I think, but I don’t see it listed as a plugin for their site now when I login. Kindly let me know where this is being used otherwise I would like my $39 charge for January 2024 reversed because I’m clearly not using the service unless you can show me otherwise. Thank you very much.

  Hi there!

  It looks like you had a Jetpack Personal plan active on your site for a few years. It had auto-renewal turned on, which is why it was renewed for another year.

  If you don’t recall, here are the features you get with the Jetpack Personal plan on your self-hosted WordPress.org site. (It’s VaultPress Backup + Akismet Anti-spam.)

  I noticed that you disputed the most recent payment with your bank/credit card issuer, so the transaction is now being reviewed by them, and the subscription has been canceled. We are unable to issue a refund while the dispute is open.

  You can wait for your payment service provider (bank/card issuer) to finish their review or close the dispute, which would allow us to issue a refund from our end.
