Renewal after 11months?

    Just purchased my domain (16th March) & advised that I must renew & pay again on14th February. This isn’t one year, what happens to the missing 5weeks? Are all paying for one month extra than we should? Can’t find any info on this, comments appreciated. Thx

    All renewals are done 30 days early so if the renewal fails there is time to deal with the failure and not have a break in service

    You still get your full 12 months time. The second renewal then will be in 12 months from renewal (but still 30 days before the upgrade expires)
