renewal and statement info

Hello,
I am an admin on our school’s blog site, but the admin who handled billing and set up auto-renewal is no longer with our institution. I’m sure a billing statement was sent to him, but his email is no longer active. I cannot see the billing information from my profile. Is it possible to have his email removed and billing information transferred to one of the other admins, myself or Heather Romney?
More importantly, right now, can I receive a statement as I need it to reconcile purchases with our Business office.

The purchases for friendsbaltmakers.com are owned by another user of the site, which means only ramsayantoniobarnes can manage them or access a receipt.
We can transfer the plan to another user at ramsayantoniobarnes’s request but the transfer of the domain itself can only be initiated through that account — there are strict regulations around domain ownership so it’s not something we are able to do on their behalf.
Is there any way for you to contact ramsayantoniobarnes and ask them to get in touch with us? If they are unable to login to their account, please ask them to use the Account Recovery form:
The transaction ID from their last purchase can be used to prove ownership of the account if they no longer have access to the email address.

The only way for you to gain control over those upgrades in this case is to contact the current owner and ask them to transfer the upgrades over to you. They also own the site itself, so can also transfer that to you if they’re no longer involved in running this site.
We see the individual who creates a WordPress.com site and purchases upgrades as the owner, not any organisation to which they might be affiliated, and we cannot transfer ownership of sites or upgrades under any circumstances without the owner’s explicit consent. In the case of custom domain upgrades we cannot even do it with their consent – that action can only be performed by the domain owner themselves.
