    I am still waiting for someone to provide me with the ability to renew my blog. Why do you make this so hard? Someone please contact me.

    Are you talking about the domain: raleighbirthinstructor.com? Please note that this domain upgrade is not in the account under the username: susanrotman. Please log into the account that owns the domain and you can renew it from the Store > My Upgrades page of that Dashboard.
