  I clicked on the ‘Renew’ button, and there was a message on the screen ‘You have no websites.’ WHERE, then, do I renew? Thank you.

  I’m kinda confused, too. I just know that I have a site with wordpress format, 2goodeyes.me. I got a renewal notice from you folks for it. And I don’t want to lose the site so let me know what I owe, if anything.

  It might be eyewryt as a user name and email attached to it might be eyewryt.

  It isn’t eyewryt nor is it the same e-mail that is being used for eyewryt. Do you happen to have any other e-mails that you use? I would check them to see if you can find your other account.

  Is there a user id recovery tool? I think it’s (email visible only to moderators and staff).

  I used all the email addresses I know, and still got “You don’t have any sites”.
  Isn’t there any more research into my account that you can do? I really need that site, 2goodeyes.me.
  Can I transfer it onto a whole new site?
