Renewal, Billing Set Up, Future Billing

I need to make sure our domain is renewed next week – it says the credit is not on file, but there is one listed in account profile.

Also, we are trying to cancel old hosting site products, I would like to confirm we do not need anything except the URL domain name through that site.

The client is also looking to customize their site more, what is the pricing for the upgrade we need? They want to add more color, font changes, etc.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi northeaststars,

If you’re hosted on WordPress.com, then the domain name would be all that you need on an old host.

For additional customization, you might want to get the Custom Design upgrade from the WordPress.com store. Here’s a support article that explains the upgrade:

I’ve also tagged this topic so that WordPress.com Staff would be able to follow-up with you on your billing issues. Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond, and please be patient while waiting.

Please keep in mind that Domain Registration and Domain Mapping are distinct, and that both are needed for your site to continue functioning.

Your Domain Mapping Upgrade is valid through 2014-10-28 and is enrolled in Auto Renew, so you should not have to worry about that. In case you need to update your payment information, you can do that here:

In regards to Domain Registration, please verify your domain’s status with its registrar, FASTDOMAIN.

For more information about the differences between domain registration, hosting, and mapping, please see our page All About Domains:
