Renewal but site not showing up?

  I received an email about this site in June, but it’s not showing up in my WordPress account. I can no longer access the site. I sent a question to customer service about this last month, but never heard anything back. Does anyone have suggestions? This page is very important to me and I’d be devastated to lose the content.

  Hi there,

  We do not have any record of toooceanavenue.com on our managed hosting. You are sure that you have the spelling of the domain correctly here? When I check toooceanavenue.com appears to be available for purchase but I see no record of a site ever appearing at that address.

  I can confirm that this forums post is the first contact with WordPress.com support that we see under your account with us. Is it possible you contacted another provider via email? Do you have a record of this contact in your inbox or in some other place?
